A. For any sales related issues (purchase of premium, license keys, refunds, etc)

B. To report an issue with the app

Send an email to

• In the email, include app version strings:
  From app's menu bar, "Help > About", copy version strings that look like this:

  Version: 1.12.45 
  OS: Windows_NT [x64 / 10.0.19041]

• If you have the premium, send email using the email id you used to purchase the premium.
